Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Ship Your Return: Pack your items securely and ship them back to us. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items), LittlePanda.pk will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your bank account, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any other payment method you used.
4. Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges! If you need a different size or item, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@littlepanda.pk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
